Gymnastics

This class will focus on gymnastics skills such as rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, splits, mounts and dismounts on apparatus, dance elements, jumps, and foundational gymnastics shapes. Focus on body awareness, flexibility, and strength will also be an integral part of this class. Designed to help children develop a love of gymnastics, this class will incorporate fun activities that will keep them engaged and thriving. This class is offered for beginning or advanced students.

Ninja

Ninja-inspired classes that incorporate martial arts, gymnastics, and obstacle course training.  Your child will enjoy doing flips, rolls, and kicks. The gymnastics training and obstacle courses are both designed to help improve total body coordination, build strength, and improve agility. Children will also focus on self-confidence, impulse control, self-discipline, responsible play, and safety skills to avoid injuries.

Tumbling

Classes will focus on beginning tumbling skills for basic tumbling as well as tumbling for cheerleading. Classes will consist of focus on stretching, strength, flexibility, and balance for beginning tumbling skills. Placement in this class is dependent upon skill level and will be determined by evaluation by a coach.

Cheer

This foundational competitive cheer program for children 5-11 years old is designed to teach the necessary skills for participating in a competitive youth cheer program. Focus will be given on cheers, chants, stunting skills, dance composition and execution, as well as necessary tumbling skills. Toddlers

This gymnastics-based parent/child class will focus on developmentally appropriate gymnastics activities, such as forward and backward rolls and beginning cartwheels, that encourage body awareness, flexibility, gross and fine motor skills, age-appropriate social and emotional skills, and sensory development. Utilizing four different gymnastics events with preschool-size equipment, this fun, and high energy class will include organized physical movement activities, circle time, music and finger play, as well as encourage turn-taking and social interaction skills.

Babies

This parent/child class focuses on physical movement and sensory stimulation meant to enhance your child’s developmental growth. Activities such as tummy time, rolling, social interaction, and movement-based exploration will encourage your child to gain skills in areas of gross motor, communication, and sensory development. Designed to encourage the parent-child bond, these engaging activities will stimulate a child’s social, emotional, and physical development as well as be fun and captivating for each child.
